LocPro Construction Inc. was founded by Vic, who was born and raised in Alberta where construction, trades and firefighting were part of everyday life. Family members worked in firefighting and skilled trades — instilling a lifelong work ethic and respect for the people who protect communities.
In 2016, Vic and his family lived through the Fort McMurray Wildfire, which strengthened his commitment to wildfire prevention and suppression. After relocating to BC in 2021, he built LocPro around that mission.
Today, LocPro combines 27 years of construction and logistics experience with a direct focus on supporting wildfire operations across British Columbia.

Most projects are custom-quoted based on property size, terrain and wildfire risk level. Hourly rates are set by BC Wildfire Service and the BC Construction Agency where applicable. Contact us for a free quote and site assessment.
How long does a project take?
Project timelines depend on scope and site conditions. We’ll provide a clear timeline estimate as part of your free quote. We recommend booking early in the season before demand peaks.
Are you available during wildfire season?

Are you insured and properly certified?
Yes. LocPro Construction is BC SAFE Forest Certified and COR Certified. We maintain all required insurance, safety training and industry compliance standards for construction and forestry operations in British Columbia.
Can you fabricate custom equipment?
Yes. Our in-house fabrication and welding shop is CNC-equipped and we have access to engineers for custom projects. We can design and fabricate specialized equipment to meet your operational requirements.
